Who are we?

TR3E Limited is founded by Eric Teh BCom Double Major in International Business and Marketing, University of Auckland. Eric Teh is an ex Commercial, Corporate and Institutional Banker having worked in global bank’s both overseas and in New Zealand, with his last role being Relationship Manager. Eric has spent the past 9 years helping businesses achieve their desired goals.

What do we do?

Eric specialises in property finance, predominantly in aiding businesses with funding proposals to the lenders. Eric has a relationship with a vast number of lenders including banks, second tier and private lenders. Eric’s prior portfolio included commercial and warehousing investment properties, hotel investments and apartment projects within the Auckland and Queenstown region. Eric’s network and partners are there to help you achieve your goals.
